A special project for the John M. Ashbrook Center for Public Affairs put him in contact with U.S. Presidents Ronald Reagan and George M. Bush. He is a lifelong member of the American Marketing Association and the American Management Association.

PGE Enterprises USA
Phil Gary Enterprises USA is a Columbus-based export management company representing ten U.S. manufacturers. The firm is positioned to help businesses throughout the world establish trading links with U.S. firms.

As part of a group of international trade executives, Phil Gary was invited to meet with President Bill Clinton and VP Al Gore. One of the many products available for export is a civilian version of a military gas mask manufactured in the U. S. It is selling briskly worldwide.
